Catherine (Cay) Holmes, CMRS is the
president of QMBS (Quality Medical Billing Service, Inc). She
started this company in November of 1999 and was trained through At
Home Professions. She became certified through the AMBA
(American Medical Billing Association) in 2002. She started
off working out of her home, but now moved into an office building.
Her and her staff keep up to date with the insurance regulation
changes.
